WAI produces both color and filler masterbatch compounds using twin-screw extrusion technology. Our in-house color lab handles everything from initial sample matching to approved production batch — with full traceability at every step.
We supply color masterbatch on a custom basis — any polymer base, any colour — as well as standard-range filler masterbatch in PP and PE carrier resins.

Calcium carbonate filler masterbatch for cost reduction and stiffness enhancement in PP and PE products. High CaCO₃ loading levels (up to 80%) with maintained dispersion quality.
Polypropylene-based filler masterbatch for injection moulding, film, and fibre applications. Improves opacity and reduces raw material cost without compromising processability.
Polyethylene-based filler masterbatch for blown film, bags, and packaging. Uniform dispersion and excellent processability on blown-film lines with consistent gauge performance.
Specialty masterbatch to your exact formulation — UV stabilisers, antioxidants, flame retardants, anti-static, and functional additives incorporated and tested to your specification.
UV stabiliser masterbatch formulated to protect polyolefin products from ultraviolet degradation. Extends the outdoor service life of films, fibres, twines, and moulded parts exposed to sunlight and weathering. Available in PP and PE carrier resins with varying stabiliser loading levels to suit application requirements.
How We Work
Client provides a physical color chip, Pantone code, or written specification. We log it and assign a job number for full traceability.
Our color lab formulates the masterbatch and produces a trial chip. We iterate until delta E vs target is below 1.0.
Trial chip dispatched for client sign-off. Formulation is locked only after written approval — no production without confirmation.
Approved formulation enters full production on our twin-screw extrusion line. Each batch is QC-tested before packing.
Final granule checked for MFI, color delta, and dispersion uniformity. Packed in 25 kg bags or jumbo sacks per preference.
Dispatched nationwide with batch certificate. Reorders against the same job number require no re-approval — instant turnaround.
