Process
Client provides a physical sample, Pantone code, or written specification. We log and assign a job number for traceability.
Our color lab formulates the masterbatch and produces a trial chip. Multiple iterations until delta E matches target.
Trial chip dispatched for client sign-off. Formulation is locked only after written approval is received.
Approved formulation enters full production on our twin-screw extrusion line. Each batch is quality-tested before packing.
Final granule is checked for MFI, colour delta, and dispersion. Packed in 25 kg bags or jumbo sacks per customer preference.
Dispatched nationwide with batch certificate and traceability documentation. Re-order requires no re-approval.
